In 2009, Tom answered the call to launch C12 groups in the St. Louis area. His personal mission -- "That Others may Prosper-Now & Eternally" -- was inspired from a motto while serving in the Military ("That others may Live"). After an amazing blessing of 22+ years of starting, buying & growing family-owned companies; his passion is to share his business experience in the areas of Leadership, Strategy Development & Execution, Sales/Marketing, Team-Building, Organizational Development, Turn-Around Initiatives, Start-Ups, Financing, etc. His motto of "Listen-Learn-Serve" will help the St. Louis Christian Business Owners, CEO's and Leaders grow their businesses and serve His Kingdom. Tom has invested many years in advisory groups and CEO roundtables and believes that with C12 Group's Christ-Centered offerings to Businesses; the St. Louis marketplace will experience an incredible transformation.
Tom earned his BBA from Fontbonne University and his MA in Management & Leadership from Webster University with the support of his bride, Melinda, and children (now grown: Tom a Designer at the Jewelry Store; Kali a Bakery Assistant Manager in Seattle, WA; and Bobbie Jo a Sophomore at Central Missouri University). He serves on the Boards of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Missouri K.I.D.S., and Lindenwood University's School of Business while helping Melinda with her retail jewelry business. They enjoy living in St. Charles, MO, attending Grace Church, participating in small groups, and especially their morning quiet time and exercise together.
